Powerhouse, a contemporary church in Chennai , is releasing a
contemporary gospel album ‘ Rise India’ as a concluding part of its 10th anniversary celebrations. Covering diverse music styles ranging from Rock, Pop and Rap to Indian Fusion, the album features many of Chennai’s top professional musicians and singers including Timothy Madhukar, Jim Satya, Keith Peters, Christy Samuel, Steeve Vatz, Aubrey Sequiera, Vasanth David and others. The album has been produced by well known singer and musician, Timothy Madhukar, who runs his own project studio and has also composed, produced and lent his voice for innumerable jingles and corporate music projects.
The album includes a special song contribution by International songwriter Dave Bilbrough. The popular WOW (Women of Worth) team has also sung a couple of songs on the album.A notable feature of the album is that it has been mixed and mastered in Canada by Philip Janz , an experienced music producer who has engineered and produced many albums for renowned international gospel artistes.
The album was launched on Saturday, 8th December at Sparky’s Diner, Spur Tank Rd, Chetput 4.30pm.
Priced at Rs.195/- the album is available at all leading music stores in the city.
